At STONE HORSE, we have adapted an ancient grilling technique to modern times.  Using a custom designed, double insulated stainless steel grill to hold
imported Korean hardwood "crystallized charcoal, " we can cook our food at extremely high heat to sear in the flavor and juices.  This unique way of grilling was two years in the making and we are proud to feature it here at
